New ticket inventory for the FIFA World Cup will go on sale Wednesday, coinciding with the 50-day countdown to the tournament's kick-off match.

Tickets for all 104 matches will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 11 a.m. ET.

At the start of the sale, tickets will be offered across Categories 1 through 3, as well as front-row seating categories, depending on the match.

The ongoing Last-Minute Sales Phase will run through the end of the tournament, with additional tickets released periodically up to the final on July 19.

Tickets can be purchased through FIFA's official website.

Fans should expect digital queues, and once admitted, will be able to view which matches and seating categories still have tickets available.

More than 5 million tickets have already been sold for the tournament, and it is on track to surpass the cumulative attendance record of 3.5 million set at the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
