Concrete coating came down inside a White Plains parking garage.
City leaders say extreme cold is to blame.
Part of the Chester-Maple Garage was blocked off after the city says pieces of concrete surfacing debris fell from the third floor.
The mayor's office says there's no structural damage, and an independent engineer will inspect the site.
If repairs are needed, they'll be done quickly.
This all comes after a series of garage problems in the city, including a partial collapse at 50 Hale in October and the closure of the Lexington Grove-West Garage weeks later.
