The Ritz Carlton conjures up images of luxury, and now the hotel is coming to White Plains.
Developer Louis Cappelli showed Governor George Pataki (R-NY) around the final floor of the 44-story high rise that boasts a view not seen anywhere else in the county. The Residence at the Ritz Carlton will house a 123-room hotel and restaurant plus 213 residences, including condos and suites. All will come with a pretty price tag ranging from $750,000 to $3.5 million.
Mayor Jospeh Delphino thinks the skyscraper will bring renewed interest into White Plains. He hopes the tall towers will attract more businesses, more people and boost the economy. The entire complex is expected to be completed next year.
