A deadly house fire in the Town of Chester has been ruled electrical after flames broke out Sunday morning.

Police said the fire started in the living room of the home on Tulip Lane.

The house was destroyed, but a woman and four children escaped, according to police.

Officials were told one person was missing, and that person was later found and removed from the home before dying.

Police have not released information about the victim.
