Quiet weather this week. There will be some up and down moments with the temperatures, but big storms are lacking this week until the weekend. Yes, another weekend with stormy weather in the forecast.
SHORT TERM:
TONIGHT: Skies are clearing and temps will cool. Most of the area will dry out nicely, but there may be enough moisture in the air tonight to allow for fog to develop in the valleys of central and western New Jersey and along the shore.
TOMORROW: Clouds will collect throughout the day. The winds will be more north-westerly. This brings down chillier air from Upstate New York. Normal high temps this time of year are in the upper-40s. That looks to be where we will land for Tuesday but it looks to get cooler for Wednesday morning through Thursday.
REST OF THE WEEK:
Temperatures will rebound again by Friday, (50 degrees) being a few degrees warmer than average. The best part - nothing but sunshine. The weather pick of the week. Enjoy it. Guidance is suggesting a large storm affecting the area by the end of the weekend. There is still plenty of time to see how the scenario evolves.
