Cloudy with light raindrops today, more rain expected midweek

This is going to be a week where we will need to keep umbrellas with us multiple days. There is just the chance for a light passing shower or two today. Much of the day will be mainly cloudy and dry. There will be a better chance for off and on showers Wednesday and Thursday before dry and slightly warmer weather returns on Friday and lasts through the weekend.
ALERTS: Coastal flood advisory along the Long Island Sound shore from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. There can be minor coastal flooding in this area during the mid-afternoon high tide cycle.

TODAY: Mainly cloudy with a few hints of sun possible. There will be a few light raindrops through the day, but there will not be any significant rain. Highs around 69 degrees. WIND: ENE 5-15 mph.

TUESDAY: Clouds with a few breaks of sunshine. Highs around 68 degrees. Lows near 57 degrees.
