70s and sunny to end the workweek; late-day rain threats over the weekend

Friday night will be partly cloudy and mild with lows in the 50s.
Saturday will see a mix of sun and clouds, but there's also a chance for some spotty late-day showers. Highs will once again hit the low-70s in some areas.
Sunday will also see a mix of sun and clouds with another precipitation threat. Showers and possibly even thunderstorms could be seen later in the day. Highs will be up around 70.
Monday will be partly sunny with showers moving in overnight that will continue on into Tuesday morning. Highs will be around the upper-60s for both days.
