A man is charged in a series of burglaries this month in Tarrytown after several incidents in a residential area by the waterfront.
Kevin Sin‑Che, 23, of Elmsford, was arrested Wednesday.
Police said one burglary involved a stolen car that was later recovered.
He also faces charges connected to another car taken last fall.
