Young patients at Maria Fareri Children's Healthcare Services enjoyed a fun-filled Pumpkin Run on Tuesday.

First responders put on a lively parade for the community, complete with lights and sirens for the kids who watched from the windows.

The young patients all received a pumpkin to celebrate the holiday.
