An Ulster County judge denied bail to a state trooper accused of killing an 11-year-old Brooklyn girl during a chase.
State Trooper Christopher Baldner was charged with second-degree murder, among other charges, in connection with the December 2020 death of Monica Goods.
Baldner allegedly used his state police vehicle to ram into a car occupied by the Goods family.
The collision caused the car to flip over, resulting in the death of the 11-year-old.
