Officers say a taxi driver told them that shots were fired at the Newburgh-Beacon ferry parking lot last weekend.

The incident happened early Sunday morning.

Officials say a gunshot victim showed up at Orange Regional Medical Center two hours after investigators spotted blood on the ground.

That victim was uncooperative with police.
