It Turns out 'the Grinch' didn't steal Christmas after all in South Blooming Grove – thanks to our News 12 viewers. 

People answered the call for volunteers – with equipment to string lights and decorate the tree, outside of village hall - this weekend.

News 12 reported Friday that leaders said the village couldn't afford to rent the rig needed this year.

They now say they're grateful for all the help.
