The Scottish National Party is planning to try out a four-day workweek where workers will have their work hours reduced by 20% without any impact to wages.

Officials hope the fewer hours worked will increase productivity and overall better attitude among workers.

Iceland and New Zealand have already implemented the four-day workweek.
