A battle is on for the best burger in New York.

The contest is run by the New York Beef Council and right now, the voting is open to the public for one more day.

The competition for best burger has already narrowed down to the top 10 finalists.

There is one from our area -- Ben's Fresh "Benny Fresh" in Port Jervis.
