Ramapo police say they arrested a man who was driving while under the influence of drugs Friday night in Montebello.

Police say a 52-year-old man from New City was speeding, and when they pulled him over they discovered his license was suspended and revoked.

The man, whose name has not been released, allegedly refused to take a chemical test and gave officers a fake name.

He was taken to the station and charged with DWAI and false personation.
