Police say a 30-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Cortlandt Saturday.

They say the crash happened on Kings Ferry Road. News 12 is told while a jeep was making a turn, the driver didn't see a motorcycle.

Police say the driver of the motorcycle, Matthew Hickey, tried to avoid the car but couldn't.

Hickey was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved.
