Wilfredo Pagan has been named as a new member of The Panel for Educational Policy.

Pagan, who replaces Monica Major, was appointed by Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.

Pagan is a life-long resident of the Bronx. His children are currently enrolled in public schools in the Bronx.
