A Orange County man was arrested for allegedly wielding a knife during an assault inside a Wallkill Walmart on New Year’s Eve.

Police say Sirload Manning, 27, of Wallkill, displayed a knife during the incident and was arrested.

He's charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.

There is no word yet on what prompted the attack.
