A woman died Saturday by the Hudson River near Half Moon Bay, officials say.

The Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department says they responded to a woman in her late 20s who suffered from cardiac arrest.

They quickly took her to a hospital.

Ossining emergency medical personnel attempted lifesaving efforts but were unsuccessful.
