Police in Rockland capture more than just criminals.       

Ramapo police shared a video on social media this week of an officer capturing a runaway horse on Twin Lakes Drive.

They say the horse named Oscar belongs to a farm in Chestnut Ridge and escaped through a break in a fence.

Officers stayed with the animal until someone from the farm showed up to bring Oscar home.
