A Muslim woman who says her business was repeatedly targeted by Yonkers police officers after the Sept. 11 terror attacks has filed a lawsuit against the city.

Haifa Tamimi says the police officers discriminated against her and called her a "terrorist." In the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, Tamimi claims the officers shut down her deli on a regular basis.

Yonkers officials had no comment on the lawsuit, explaining that they were not yet aware of it.
