The new balloons for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade had a test flight over the weekend.

This year's event featured new giant balloons such as Goku from Dragon Ball, elves from "The Christmas Chronicles" on Netflix, bowling balls and pins, Sunny the Snow pal and more.

They were tested at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.

Every year new balloons are introduced.

They have been a signature element of the parade since 1927.
