Highland MS science teacher gets rare chance to introduce President Biden at Westchester Community College

A Highland Middle School science teacher was selected for a rare opportunity to introduce President Joe Biden at Westchester Community College earlier this week.
News 12 spoke with Brian Sullivan, who says it was an honor to introduce the president.
