A dump truck driver was killed in a crash involving a school bus in Saugerties.

Officials say it happened around 9 a.m. Thursday along State Route 9-W.

They tell News 12 that the dump truck operator suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The school bus operator suffered minor injuries, and no children were on the bus at the time.
