A driver is facing a DWI charge after his car slammed into a home in Chestnut Ridge.

It happened on Eastbourne Drive. Video from the scene shows the car wedged under the bottom of the elevated home.

It's unclear if anyone was home at the time.

The driver was being held in the Town of Ramapo pending arraignment.
