Dr. Chaudry Hameed, MD, an obstetrician/gynecologist from the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center, joined News 12 this morning to discuss the early signs of breast cancer that people should look out for.

Dr. Hameed also gave advice about what people can do to catch breast cancer early.

The doctor says each year over 263,000 people are diagnosed with the disease each year.

Dr. Hameed also detailed some of the resources for women’s health that the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center has to offer.
