Police are investigating after they say a 16-year-old was shot and killed in The Bronx last night.

According to officers, Justin Williams, of Utica, New York, was hit in the torso at Brook Avenue and East 143rd Street around midnight.

Williams was taken to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
