A Coast Guard member from Mahopac died after a crane accident in Alaska, officials say.

They say a crane fell on top of Chief Warrant Officer Michael Kozloski.

Kozloski was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Coast Guard says they're investigating the incident.
