News 12 is told a car fell from Route 304 onto Route 59 and overturned at the median.

The Clarkstown Police Department says the incident happened just before 4 a.m. Sunday.  

Police say the driver was alone inside the car at the time and pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say roads on Route 59 are closed as authorities continue their investigation.
