Two baby raccoons are safe, thanks to Ramapo police.

Police responded to a house in the Viola area for reports of an animal stuck in a chimney.

Ramapo police's wildlife expert was on the scene and able to assist these raccoons from the chimney unharmed.

Ramapo police say they strive to serve all residents of their town, including their furry friends.
