Body of Peekskill teen recovered from Delaware River

The
body of a 17-year-old young man from Peekskill was recovered from the Delaware River
Wednesday morning.
The victim was identified as
Liony Santos.
His father, Roy Escobar, tells News 12 that Santos was swimming
in the river at Cedar Rapids when a current pulled him under on Sunday.
The teenager becomes the fifth person to drown in the Delaware River in the
past two weeks.
