A bingo caller in the Hudson Valley is accused of rigging some games at Yorktown Jewish Center.
Neil Gross, a 71-year-old Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient, has been charged with gaming fraud after allegedly influencing the outcome of multiple bingo games.
Reports say that a man videotaped Gross during a game and reported him to the gaming commission.
It is unclear how much money was involved in the alleged fraud. According to New York State law, the maximum prize per session can add up to as much as $15,000.
Gross has been released without bail and is due back in court in September.
