The man police say intentionally sparked a fire that killed a Yonkers firefighter was arraigned Monday.

Rafael Roldan, 33, was charged with second-degree murder, second-degree arson and three counts of burglary for allegedly starting the blaze that killed 39-year-old firefighter Patrick Joyce last week.

Roldan is scheduled to appear in court again Wednesday.
