A third prize winning Power Play ticket worth $100,000 was sold at the Smokes 4 Less in Fishkill.
The Smokes 4 Less location has sold at least five winning lottery tickets worth at least $50,000 since April 2022.
The jackpot climbs to $572 million for Saturday's Power Ball drawing.
