Mayor Mike Spano appointed Alexandra Bisesi as new Yonkers City Court judge on Wednesday.

She will be officially sworn in on Jan. 1 at a city-wide inauguration ceremony at the Riverfront Library.

Bisesi says she has been in public service for 15 years and looks forward to serving on the court bench.
