A car jumped the curb and smashed into the front yard of a house in Olinville Sunday just after 1 p.m.
News 12 cameras captured a gray minivan after it smashed into the brick wall lining the yard on the corner of Bronx Boulevard and Rosewood Street.
The FDNY says one person suffered minor injuries but refused medical attention.
Police say no report had been filed in regards of the crash as of Sunday night. However, neighbors told News 12 that they saw two cars were following each other before the crash happened.
"They were chasing after this one," neighbor Herbert said about the car that crashed into the yard. "And one cut in front of him and then he started to go up there."
Homeowners were forced to pick up the pieces, as bricks, car parts and a broken fence littered the scene.
“I’m shocked. What am I supposed to do now?” said Tamara, who lives in the house said. “Who’s going to pay for this? That’s all I want to know.”
The car was towed off of the property.
It was not immediately clear what led to the crash.
