A 14-year-old boy was stabbed outside of a middle school in Bushwick, police say.

Officers responded to J.H.S. 383 Philippa Schuyler on Greene Avenue around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities say the boy suffered a stab wound to his thigh.

EMS took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he is expected to recover.

Police sources say they are searching for a male suspect wearing a blue t-shirt who ran westbound on Greene Avenue.
