A Selden man is accused of trying to take an inappropriate photo of a teen at ShopRite.

Suffolk police say Aqeel Ahmad attempted to take photos up a 17-year-old’s shorts at a ShopRite in September.

The 53-year-old was already arrested in October for allegedly taking photos of a 13-year-old at a Selden Target.

Ahmad was a special education aide at the Eastern Suffolk BOCES in Bellport.

BOCES had placed him on leave following the first allegation. Sources tell News 12 he has now resigned.

Ahmad pleaded not guilty in court on Friday. He refused to comment on the allegations when News 12 asked about them.
