A mini school bus and a Suffolk County Transit bus collided, according to police.
The incident happened at the intersection of Northville Turnpike and Doctors Path on Wednesday.
The driver and the minibus and a child passenger were taken to the hospital.
A passenger on the transit bus was also hurt, officials say.
They are all expected to recover.
