A crash at Floyd Bennett Field turned deadly Wednesday evening after a car slammed into a building.

It happened just after 6 p.m. in a parking area at the site.

Officials say a 33-year-old woman was driving a Toyota RAV4 with two passengers when the car went off course and hit the building.

All three women were taken to the hospital.

Police identified 76-year-old Pearle Davis, of Bushwick, as the victim killed in the backseat.

The driver is in critical condition. A 45-year-old woman who was sitting in the front passenger seat is in stable condition.

Floyd Bennett Field is a large open area in Brooklyn used for parking, events and recreation.

Officials are still working to figure out what caused the driver to lose control.
