Some local businesses are still waiting to find out when they can reopen their doors, including fitness centers in the Hudson Valley.
Working out at the gym is on hold indefinitely - Gov. Andrew Cuomo reversed course last week and removed all fitness facilities from phase four reopening.
It was a devastating blow to Boutique Personal Training owner Anthony Moreno.

The North Castle small business owner was preparing to welcome clients back this month after closing in March.
"It went from having security to no security and in business, it's tough to have security in itself," says Moreno.
Unlike big corporate gyms, his small facility caters to a more private gym clientele. With a smaller facility like Moreno's, there are only one or two people working out at a time - meaning it's much easier to maintain clients' health.

Moreno is preparing for the moment he's allowed to reopen his business.

New health measures include masks, distanced machines and cleaning supplies at each station.

"What we do is already in line with the guidelines," he says.

Cuomo has argued that air conditioning systems inside gyms could potentially recirculate the virus to others.
