Blind Brook School District closes after parents quarantined

More students at another Westchester school district will be missing classes today as coronavirus concerns continue.

The Blind Brook School District in Rye Brook is closed today.

A parent with students at Bruno M. Ponterio Ridge Street School had flu-like symptoms, and the family has now been quarantined. Interim Superintendent of

Schools Colin Byrne says the students have not shown any symptoms.

Byrne says two other parent have also been quarantined.

The district is waiting for test results before reopening the schools.
