All lanes on Route 1 have reopened in North Brunswick after a tractor-trailer overturned during the Thursday morning commute.

The crash happened around 8 a.m. on the southbound side of the highway just after the Milltown exit. The crash closed a portion of the highway for a time, causing major delays in the area.

It appears as if the truck driver was taking the ramp down from Route 130 on to Route 1 when the truck overturned.

It was unclear if the driver was hurt in the crash.
