Phil Murphy is proposing reforms to anti-harassment laws in the state, including an updated definition of a hostile work environment and expanding protections to domestic workers and unpaid interns. News 12's Alex Zdan is joined by Pat Teffenhart, the executive director of the New Jersey Coalition Against Sex Assault, to discuss.
