This week's workout comes from Clay at Lifetime Athletic Club. Clay breaks down some simple, basic moves you need for any dance class.
First up, a simple walk forward and back. Next is a step-touch side to side. And finally a rib-cage pump, which can be turned into a body pump. Don't forget to add some of your own flair to any of these basic moves to bring it up a notch.
