Inmate suspected in prison killing due in court

Posted: Updated:

An inmate charged with manslaughter for allegedly killing another prisoner is expected back in Mount Pleasant Court today.

Westchester County officials have identified the suspect as 20-year-old William Johnson, of Yonkers.

The death is believed to have stemmed from an argument between Johnson and 18-year-old Bryce Neville, back in January.

Johnson is accused of punching Neville in the back of the head.

Neville was taken to a hospital in critical condition, and days later died of his injuries.
