Montgomery man accused of sexually abusing minor

A Montgomery man is now facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a minor. 

Middletown police say they have arrested Carlos Hernandez, 36, on criminal sex act and sex abuse charges.

They say the abuse occurred between 2010 and 2012 while Hernandez was employed at the Golden Shoe Training Center in the town of Crawford.

He is due back in court on Feb. 4.

State police are looking into any other possible victims. Anyone with any information is urged to contact State Police at (845) 344-5300.
