Two Hastings students were arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

Police say a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old broke into a building on the Graham School campus in Hastings shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Once inside, police say the suspects threw $1,400 worth of items, mostly electronics, out of a second-story window.

Staff members found the suspects inside the building and detained them until police arrived.

The teens both attend the school.
