Police: Spring Valley man drove drunk with his 3 and 6-year old in the car
Posted: Updated:A Spring Valley man is being accused of driving drunk with his children in the car.
Officials say the 37-year-old drove to the Ramapo Police Department Saturday night to file a police report.
That's when officers say they noticed the man was intoxicated.
They say he had his 3 and 6-year-old sons in the car with him.
He's been charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI/Leandra’s Law, and endangering the welfare of a child. They say the man has had previous DWI convictions.
