Photo released of man police say raped elderly woman

Police have released a photo of a man they believe raped an elderly woman in Newburgh.

Officials say the attack occurred on Sept. 26.

Police say the suspect’s name could be Caesar, and he is believed to frequent the Newburgh area.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police at (845) 569-7509.
